Integr8 Dance is an award winning street dance company based in Winchester bringing dance classes to Hampshire schools, colleges and communities. Integr8 Dance's vision is to provide quality but affordable dance classes to schools, colleges, education centres and theatres, driven by knowing the benefits of street dance to children, young people, adults and even to businesses. Dance builds confidence, develops co-ordination, increases fitness, prevents obesity and is a fantastic team building activity, as well as being a lot of fun.
